Given that the traditional culture of soy sauce production is an important inheritance for the culture of Xiluo, after the Wan Zhong soy sauce factory stopped using its old factory to rebuild it, a soy sauce production museum was established in the restructured building. When the renewing plan was finished, it was considered a fascinating new idea. The old factory building and the equipment to make soy sauce are showed to visitors and an eight-minutes video will let you understand the traditional preparation process of soy sauce from black beans.
