螺情懷舊滷味 Luo Mei’s Traditional Stew
西螺老街的人文風情及百年醬油的甘香醇，讓漢典食品在成立子品牌-螺情時，選擇加入西螺老屋再用計畫的行列。為了創造色、香、味俱全的傳香滷味-「螺情懷舊滷味」，在傳奇老屋-延平路74號開張了。
延平路74號原本是閒置空屋，荒廢多年，屋內狀況不甚理想。但是99年時，「螺情滷味」參加了螺陽文教基金會執行的「老屋活化再用計畫」時，由屋主提供使用6年期限，螺情出資整修了老屋。第一進以簡潔現代化呈現，不要懷疑的，一定要走入幽情的第二進閩式建築和第三進巴洛克式建築。等您置身其中，你一定會驚呼：「哇，好美！好有Fu！」。在這裡，您可以見證西

Xiluo cultural customs and hundred years of soy sauce production inspired the establishment of this unique traditional restaurant in the old street. In order to bring back memories of marvellous times in past, through the original delicious taste and lovely fragrance of freshly made traditional dishes, Luo Mei’s Traditional Stew is located in the historical part of Yanping Rd, no. 74. When the project of creating Luo Mei’s Traditional Stew started, the house at Yanping Rd No. 74 was empty, unused for many years and its inner part conditions weren’t ideal. In 2010 Luo Mei’s Traditional Stew joined the Luo Young cultural foundation project ”Bring old buildings back to life” and in 6 years the funds were raised to renovate the historical building. The three facades of this building were renovated in three different styles. The first one was modernized in a basic style. The second one was rebuilt in the typical style used in Fujia Province in Mainland China, which gives the visitors the feeling of traveling throught history. The third one was rebuilt in a baroque style. We are waiting for you in the central part, where you can see the testimony of three periods of the history of Xiluo.
