陸大哥是螺陽文教基金會的前任志工團團長，在東市場整建後，應邀到此開設咖啡店，提供遊客在參觀文創商店之餘，也有一個可以坐下來喝杯咖啡的休閒空間，陸大哥說:「歡迎大家到東市場來喝咖啡、聊是非!」，此外除了東市場的營業時間外，每天晚上也可以在西螺大橋廣場看見陸大哥沖調咖啡的身影喔!

Mr Lu also does buisness when he’s not in the Eastern Market, in fact every evening you can see him at Xiluo Bridge Square making coffee.
